1. The data we hold for you is your email address, phone number and, in most cases, your street address. This is held electronically behind password protection and paper documents like street lists, correspondence and meeting attendance sheets are held under lock and key.
Obviously by joining the WhatsApp group(s) you are sharing your phone number with group members along with as much as you wish.
2. On request, you may see any data that we hold and amend or delete it if you wish.
3. The only people with access to your data are the three officers of the Association, the Chair, the Secretary and the Treasurer.
4. Emails from IARA to you are copied blind to all members which means that others can’t see your email address.
5. Your data will not be shared with anyone else, without your explicit consent nor used for any purpose except IARA business.
6. You can withdraw from the mailing list at any time by emailing inkermanara@hotmail.com and your data will then be deleted no later than 10 working days after receipt.
